  • Unsealed
  • Used
  • Tested
  • Worn

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Masturbation products
  • Anal toys
  • Kegel exercisers
  • Lubricants
  • Condoms
  • Personal wellness products

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.


3. Change of Mind Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused
  • The item remains sealed and unopened
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The item is in resalable condition

To initiate a return, please contact us before sending any item back.

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or supplied in error.


4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A faulty item
  • The wrong product

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide:

  • Photographs where applicable

We may offer:

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.


8. Delivery Charges

If the return is due to:

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods

  • Original delivery charges may be refunded.
  • Return shipping costs may be reimbursed.

Change of mind

  • Original delivery charges may not be refunded where permitted by law.
  • Return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility.

9. Missing Orders

10. Cancellations
